Hello. My name is Emily and I am a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach. I am a Christian mother to 5 wild and crazy children. I studied and got an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education but soon realized it was not my true passion. Nutrition and health are! I decided to get certified and work my way to becoming a dietitian. I am so excited to be certified and able to help you all reach your health goals!
